If goods supplied by GrayPorter are faulty due to defects in workmanship or materials, we will submit a claim to the manufacturer to repair or replace them, provided that:
If further verification of any issue related to these conditions is required, the customer will assist by providing access to relevant premises, documents, and equipment.
Wear and Tear Items
No manufacturer’s warranty applies to items that are classified as wear and tear if, and when, supplied.
If we cannot repair or replace goods within 90 days of receiving written notification of a fault, and the customer cannot pursue a claim against the manufacturer directly, the customer will be entitled to:
Beyond this, GrayPorter will hold no further liability to the customer. The customer will not be entitled to cancel any related contractss.
We do not exclude the implied warranty as to title.
Aside from the provisions in these conditions, all other warranties, conditions, and terms—whether express or implied—are, to the fullest extent permitted by law, excluded from the contract of sale.
